Data Exchange from Docs to Power BI: [403 Forbidden] Read on the file is forbidden.

Hi there!

I recently started using Data Exchange to create dashboards in Power BI. I built a dashboard to complement the analysis of drawings and bill of quantities.

Yesterday I needed to update a model in Autodesk Docs and when trying to update the connection between Data Exchange and Power BI, it gave me a connection error [403 Forbidden].

I have already deleted cookies from the browser, however the error persists.

Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this problem?

Hi Ricardo,

Can you please attempt to load the data exchange from Power BI once again ?

This might have caused due to an error which should be resolved now.
