Data exchange failed to process

I have a DWG from Civil 3D which includes a number of objects. I have a 3D view and select in Data Exchange the following Object Types: Pressure Fitting, Pipe, Pressure Pipe and Structure. 

Once selected "Create Exchange" 

Unfortunately it fails to process.

Yeah, we had recently identified issues related to specific data sets with Pressure Fitting, Pipe, Pressure Pipe, Structure. profiles and alignments, which have been fixed internally and are currently under testing. These fixes should be reaching customers soon. We’d be happy to run your DWG internally to rule out any other root cause than we identified. So, if you could share the source DWG with us at [email protected] and [email protected] so we can investigate more quickly.
