3D VIEWER DISSAPEARING AFTER OPENING POWER BI FILE AGAIN

I have been encountering this issue where the 3D Viewer just goes missing and I cannot seem to reload it. I need to recreate the visual each time. What is causing that?

Examples:

  • I re-opened the file this morning and it was gone
  • When I undo a command in a chart (not the viewer part) it unloads the 3D viewer

I do have the latest Data Exchange and Data Connector installed.

Hello @Argelia_Barcena,

Yes, it happens where there are filters applied in the charts.

After opening a saved ".pbix" file, make sure to remove all applied filters to view the model in the viewer.

It is a known limitation on our side currently.

Thanks and Best Regards,

As i am currently facing the problem with filters on the viewer while sharing my PowerBi Dashboards, is there any news on the topic?

Are there any workarounds besides sending only selected elements ?

I only export specific categories, but is some cases this is not enough. Result: unspecific Dashboards
