Post processor feed rate problem

Hello, I have plasma table running on mach3. Fusion 360 do not have official mach3 jet/plasma post processor. I found on forum some one made custom post processor and it almost work for me. The problem is feed rate. This post makes sometimes feed rate at 0 and I can not find in code there are the problem. I attach example g code with feed rate problem and post processor file.

Line 90 has a feedrate of zero. Every G1 move after a G41 line is a feedrate of zero

With other post processor(torch mate3)  also feed rate zero. I looked around in program settings but cant find anything wrong. Any ideas ?

The problem as I see it is actually related to the Fusion 360 output. There are only four locations in the Dump that relay feed information (three with an actual feedrate) and none of them seem to be called by either of the post processors I've tried (plasma specifically):

64: onParameter('operation:tool_feedCutting', 40)
66: onParameter('operation:tool_feedEntry', 40)
68: onParameter('operation:tool_feedExit', 40)

There's that section, and then this line:

currentSection.feedMode=0

According to the Post Processor Help file though, the 'feed' output is part of all the toolpath functions as "onLinear (Number x, Number y, Number z, Number feed)" as well as the onCircular, and 5-axis outputs as well.

Here's what the dumper is reporting is being output in my test file:

176: onMovement(MOVEMENT_LEAD_IN /*lead in*/)
176: onRadiusCompensation()
  radiusCompensation=RADIUS_COMPENSATION_LEFT // left

190: onPower(false)
190: onCommand(COMMAND_POWER_OFF)
191: onMovement(MOVEMENT_RAPID /*rapid*/)

The last value in all the onLinear and onCircular parentheses should be outputting the feedrate, as that's what's called in the toolpath (as seen in the onParameter values) but it's outputting a value of zero.

This isn't a post issue, it's a Fusion issue and needs to be fixed ASAP as far as I'm concerned, although today being the day before a US national holiday I wouldn't count on a response until Monday.

Hi @Steinwerks,

Thanks for the post! You are correct - this is a known bug that will be addressed in the December update of Fusion 360. Until then, I would recommend hard coding a value for the feed rate.

Let me know if you have any questions!
