I have two separate parts but in cam they are joined how to separate toolpath

I have imported a part off thingavires they are two panels how can I separate them in design or isolate the tool paths to a single part in setup the stock is around bother parts I want them indipendent thanks

You can use a fixed size stock to isolate each piece. 

You can edit the toolpath to do each individual piece, but this depends on the operation and the model.  You would need to share the model for more specific help.

 

One easy way to control the toolpath is to use a sketch with the boundaries for each piece.
