I have been a registered PE (civil engineer) since 1992 with a major consulting firm with offices nation wide. My main expertise is airport design and construction projects. These projects range from simple at general aviation airport to complex multi-phased commercial service airports that span several years.

The primary purpose for me to join this community is that I have been frustrated by some of the issues that I have run into using Civil 3d over the past 8 to 10 years (we used InRoads prior to that) and hope that I can find solutions here.
