Hello there,
My name is Carlo and I'm working in a manufacturing field. During my spare time I usually do research and exploring ideas on internet, mostly anything related to electronics and electrical system, and on long vacations I do some home projects. For the past years, I've been using the EAGLE software ( before its was on other company) and later learned that Autodesk now owns EAGLE. This is a good news since I get a chance to explore other software autodesk offers. Right now, I'm interested on exploring fusion 360, inventor, autocad 3D and autocad electrical, which I think will be a useful upgrade to my skill, and thus this community is a good way to start.
In parallel with this new learning, I have this laptop which is already on retirement age (9 years old) and I'm planning to buy new one. However I have a question in mind which I hope the community can help me. Is the nvidia GTX 1060 (6GB) equipped laptop, which I can easily afford, enough for the softwares I mentioned above? Or do I need atleast the entry level nvidia Quadro M1200 ( 4GB)?
Thanks and happy new year to everyone.
Carlo
