Hey Chris - would it be possible for someone to elaborate in a blog post, as to why the Community Feedback and Community Ideastation forums were closed, and what happened to all of those years of requests, data, information etc.?
I appreciate the recognition that the previous system was not working, but why start with a clean slate and limit the ability to provide feedback? These are Autodesk customers with free ideas and suggestions on how to make the community a better place for asking and receiving support.
Thanks for asking sir!
@rkmcswain Thank you for the suggestion. We have explained here on the Hub and announcements why we started this new Hub with owning topics etc. I think a general blog post on the Feedback Hub is a great idea.
Thanks!

Sorry I did not respond earlier. We did a post on the Feedback Hub launch in the Journal, late in September. Thanks again for the idea, RK.
