How to Make Dynamo Sing!
Thursday, November 18, 2021
Join Jacob and Sol for How to Make Dynamo Sing! How to Make Dynamo Sing Do you want to understand how Dynamo performs under the hood? Do you want to know all the levers you can pull to make Dynamo perform as fast as it can? Do you want to geek out and talk all things technical in Dynamo? Then come join Jacob and Sol as we dive into the worlds of execution, tessellation, rendering, marshalling and compliation! And if all that stuff sounds a little too much, then don’t worry as well leverage metaphor and storytelling to explain what matters and how you, as a user, can interact with Dynamo to get all that you can out of it! We’ll explore both Settings and node based options to make your Dynamo graph sing, as well as exploring display options, discuss inline vs. multi-line functions and what function passing is, and refresh on delta-compute and how it helps graph execution. Demystifying BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, and ACC.
Wednesday, February 16, 2022
Autodesk announced that BIM 360 Docs would be rebranded to Autodesk Docs to reflect the new Autodesk Construction Cloud platform. What does this means and what's the difference between BIM 360 Docs and Autodesk Docs? Can the users continue working on BIM 360 or should they switch to the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform. How does Cloud work-sharing work now? Can we download BIM 360 or ACC issues in Revit? Expert Elite member Deepak Maini will answer all these questions, and a lot more.

Revit Hints & Hacks – Schedule Families with Donnia Tabor-Hanson
Thursday, March 24, 2022
Tips & Tricks are too blasé for me that is why we do Hints & Hacks. This will be about making schedules work for the project. We will discuss working verses print schedules. Get Filters to help get things in or out of schedules. How about color coding a cell if there might be missing information? Use schedules for making notes that stay aligned or need to be broken into sections. Track what views are on sheets, what their view template is and how it is named? Sheets list with parameters to put them in an order not based on sheet number can be useful and so can grouping them by type. Revit Hints & Hacks – Are you driven by Chains? with Donnia Tabor-Hanson
Thursday, April 21, 2022
I have been working in the Food Service for the last 8+ years and the majority of that has been on chain restaurants. During this time, I have gathered a lot of knowledge on how to work with this chain, or repeat, customers. The idea is not to always pull and old file and just rename it, that just helps keep compounding any problems that were originally there. We covered things like titleblocks notes, item numbering, and chain templates. This is a peek behind the curtain of my daily world of customization and set up. Join us for future Community Conversations! https://autode.sk/CommunityConvos Thank you, everyone!
