Hello,
I purchased a set of drawings from homeplans.com and I am wanting to make some changes to the layout. Mostly is interior but some structural. I am looking to hire someone (hourly or fixed price) to help make those changes so I can submit to a structural engineer. I would also like to turn the home plans into a 3D if possible at the end of the project to get a better view of the home with the changes made.
I have attached my set of plans below. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in.
