I’m building a new tool on top of Forma to streamline early-stage housing development. The goal is to let developers and architects instantly generate buildable, modular configurations—no complex modeling, no weeks-long feasibility studies. It’s fast, real-time, and vertically focused on prefab. I’m looking for a technical cofounder who’s excited to push the limits of Autodesk Platform Services and help bring a tool to life that actually gets housing built.
Think Forma + TestFit, but with the creative speed of Figma—and grounded entirely in reality.
About me:
I was previously Chief of Staff at Factory_OS, the largest multifamily modular manufacturer in the U.S. I helped scale the company from inception to $100M+ in ARR, 400 employees, and 3,000+ homes delivered—while raising ~$100M from Google, Meta, Autodesk, JP Morgan, Citibank, and others. Before that, I was a multifamily real estate developer.
I’m on a mission to accelerate housing construction and slash the cost to build—and I’m looking for a technical partner who shares that urgency and wants to move relentlessly fast to bring this to life.
