Annoying, isn't it?
You've linked a model. You can't see what you want to see in your model. Loading / reloading / reloading from does not help. How very rude.
1) Make sure your Phases are mapped properly. Select the link and look at its Properties.
Make sure that the links match.
2) Check the View Template - try switching from Host to Custom >> Linked View
