How to Bulk Add Revisions to Sheets in Revit 2024

Before Revit 2024, it was a manual process when you wanted to add revisions to sheets. You had to modify each sheet individually and add them one at a time. If you wanted to add a Revision to a Sheet when Cloud or Tag wasn't visible in a view, you would start by selecting the sheet to edit in the Project Browser palette. Once selected, navigate to the Properties palette, under Identity Data, and select Edit for the parameter Revisions on Sheet. This was a feature that allowed for easy management of revisions and sheets. We were always missing something, though: the ability to manage multiple sheets at a time. Some projects would have a lot of sheets and going through them individually was tiresome.

But now with Revit 2024,  you can select multiple sheets within your Project Browser and manage your revisions in bulk! This is essentially the same process you are already familiar with, but now you can shift or ctrl - right-click yourself through your sheets however you like.

See? Now Revisions on SheetEdit is available to modify. When you select revisions, they will apply to all the sheets you selected.

If you select a different set of sheets, the system will identify the ones that might differ by a solid fill instead of a check. This means that if you don't select those Revisions, they will not add to this set of sheets.
