Autodesk Community Badges: Overview and Latest Releases

 

Excited about collecting all the badges? Wondering how to earn them? Want to know how to progress to the next level? Use this ongoing thread to find out everything you need to know and keep up to date with the latest badge releases!

 

Most badges are earned at a series of levels – starting at Level one and rising to Level five. Level five is the top badge level and considered the hardest to earn. Each badge level is denoted by the badge shape. You can see the different shapes in the “Liker” badge series shown below.

Level one:  This badge is awarded for authoring a blog article hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level two:  … authoring 5+ blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level three:  … authoring 15+ blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level four: … authoring 30+ blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level five: … authoring 50+ blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level one: This badge is awarded for commenting on an Autodesk Community hosted blog article.

Level four: … commenting more than 30 times on blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level five: … commenting more than 50 times on blog articles hosted by the Autodesk Community.

Level one: This badge is awarded for leading a Community Conversation.

Level two: … leading more than 5 Community Conversations.

Level three: … leading more than 15 Community Conversations.

Level four: … leading more than 30 Community Conversations.

Level five: … leading more than 50 Community Conversations.

Level one: This badge is awarded for liking a Forum post.

Level two: …liking Forum posts 5+ times.

Level five: …liking Forum posts 50+ times.

This is actually not the number of challenges you've entered, but the number of entries you've posted in any number of challenges. I, for example, have only participated in three challenges so far, but still have gotten a Level 2 badge. 🙂
