Import Point File should also have its own settings (as Insert Points does)
**If we insert Points, a parameter to select the layer.
Import Point File should have this settings:
- textbox Layer (new points will be created in that layer).
- Textbox "Initial point number". To ignore the numbers of the imported file and import point from this initial point number.
*"About repeated points":
Repeated points should be for 2 scenarios: has the same number point or if it has the same coordinates (X,Y,Z).
Tolerance value: to consider a point a repeated point. Imagine that tolerance is : 0.001m and the current point is: 300,200,120 and the new point is 300.001,200,120, so this new point would be a repeated point.
3 options to repeated points:
- overwritten.
-merge
**skip (ignore)
Once ends up this command "Import point file", show a list of Repeated Points and even the user could export to a file.
