Remove zoom and pan commands from undo list

If this were implemented. I'd suggest it be a variable rather than a permanent switch in the behavior of the Undo command.

@AllenJessup yes i would expect a setting  to toggle it on and off

@joantopo  Yes it is... so surly it can be done... but Autocad... This suggestion was made in 2015 as well but no change
