Recent Working Folder List

Since Civil 3D has the evil dialog box where you can't paste in a folder path, it would be nice if there was a recent Working Folder List when you right clicked on it. 

As an alternative it would be nice if there was a way to set the working folder in the API and/or provide documentation on where we can set the working folder on chance it is saved in the Registry.
