Profile Band Stationing

Add an option to define start and end stationing for bands shown on profiles. This could be an optional setting much like the option to show or hide the start and end band labels on a profile. However, this would add the option to define specific stationing to be labeled much like alignment labeling.

Example: I would like a band showing flowline and proposed elevations for a site to display from Sta. 1+50.00 to Sta. 3+00.00 in profile view. I would also like a second band to display the flowline and existing elevations from Sta. 3+50.00 to 5+00.00 within the same profile view.

This would be a nice upgrade to the current bands.

It is possible to do this with multiple viewports, but its a real hassle.
