Point Cloud - Metric to Imperial Elevation Conversion

When creating a Point Cloud in an Imperial unit drawing from a LIDAR file that is in Metric units, convert the LIDAR elevations from Metric to Imperial (meter to foot) for the new Point Cloud.

We are having a difficult time importing point clouds to show up in the correct coordinate plane and with the correct elevations. We are actually able to get the point cloud to show up in the correct coordinates with a few trail and errors but the elevations still seem to be metric. Can you provide a detailed workflow to get metric point clouds to show up in state plane us survey foot?
