AutoCAD 2025 changed to .NET 8.0 so it gave up .Net Framework xxx

This means that some vb files are out of date such as SATemplate.vb, utilities.vb and the .vb .NET stock subassemblies that any user can get from the C3D installation folder.
Please, update all vb files to be compatible with .NET 8 without errors.
