Pipe properties: Start cover, end cover (from center of structure or from Inside edges)

Hi.

The attached image shows a portion of "Pipe Properties".

2D and 3D Length is really complete but in the case of "Start Cover" and "End Cover", this vertical distance is measured from the center of the sctructure. If your pipe ends up in the Inside edge, you will want to know the "Start Cover- from Inside edge".
