How about having a workflow between WaterGems or any other tool and Civil 3D through LXML and SHP files?

Yes, We Can !!

As it already happens with the data generated in Sewergems that imported are recognized as Piping Networks.

as shown in the Image.

I would like it to be possible for autodesk Civil 3D to recognize import data in .shp (Esri Shape File) and .lxml (Land Extensible Markup Language) formats as pressure network objects, being able to map the preferred parts lists and everything else available for the pipe networks.

This would give many possibilities to civil 3D users working with water supply networks and pressure fluids.
