Label Pipe - Dragging for elevations along pipe

Is there a way that a user could apply a label that could be dragged on the pipe and dynamically give the user the invert elevation based upon the station of the pipe? Maybe it can do this, and I am missing something. thxs

I would also like to see the following elevation options added to this idea: bottom (outer), flowline, centerline, top (inner), and top (outer) elevations of the pipe
