Fix osnaps so they work on corridors elements

At present when i reference a corridor or even data short cut a corridor, into a paperspace viewport, none of the osnaps will work.

This makes it very difficult to add accurate station notations, dimensions and construction notes.

How about fixing all the osnap modes so they will work on corridor elements while in paperspace.
