Edit the horizontal and vertical resultant angles of pressure network fittings

The horizontal and vertical resultant angles of a pressure pipe fitting can be seen in the fittings properties dialog box.  Currently they are greyed out and can not be edited like I can edit the insertion elevation.  I would like to be able to edit these values from the properties box vs having to do it in model space where it is very hard to be as precise as sometime I need to be.
