Display surface

The diplay of surfaces is controlled by styles. If it is necessary to verify the scope of an (assistant etc) surface, which's elements are turned off in style you need to turn an element on in the style (elevations, border or triangles etc). So you'll have all the surfaces of the same style displayed and go for object isolation or create a separate style to each surface.
A smarter way would be an option to temporarily display the single surface. In Toolspace or by selecting the surface any other way: right click + display the scope of surface with single color solid fill or even better if it could override the surface elevations display option if it's turned off in style. The temporary shade is turned off by regen, so you could zoom and pan around to verify the boundaries and the scope.
