civil 3d should warn us when a pol2D (used as breakline) is converted to 3dpol

Hi.

Sometimes I add 2d polylines as breaklines in a surface. I don´t mind the elevation of the 2d polyline because I have COGO points on its vertex and Group Points is the first operation (has priority) in the Definition of the Surface.

But when you want to add elevations to the vertex of the 2d Polyline from the command: "FeatureElevFromSurf" then that command needs to create a new 3d polyline and remove the current 2d polyline so that polyline no longer belongs to the surface as breakline and the user should add the 3d polyline again.

It would be interesting that Civil 3D did this replacement automatically (replace the 2d polyline to the new 3d polyline as breakline in the surface) or at least send a message box to the user.

Regards.
