assmbly can go perpendicular to 3D alignment

As posted in my last idea(https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-civil-3d-ideas/linkoffset-perpendicular-t), this one is also for system evolution.

The modelling concept of corridor is to connect all the assemblies that are erect (gravity direction)

Strictly speaking, it's wrong when the 3D alignment is not flat: i.e 1.414meters thick concrete along a 45° slope alignment means only 1m's thickness...

As many enginneers uses C3D in other industry like Tunnel, Dreging, etc. with large scales, the error by caused by such default modelling method should be noticed.

Thus , pls add an option of "assmbly can go perpendicular to 3D alignment" in addtion to current only erect (gravity direction) option.
