An issue seems to be persisting where any PDF I import into Civil 3D will be in blank and white despite the actual PDF file showing color. This only happened after I switched to 2025. I'm unsure of what's causing this as this was never an issue in previous versions. Screenshot for more clarity.

The issue of PDFs importing as black and white in Civil 3D 2025 likely stems from incorrect import settings, PDF file compatibility issues, or outdated graphics drivers. Check and adjust the "Raster images" option and color mode in the import settings. Try converting the PDF to a different format or updating your graphics drivers. If necessary, reinstall Civil 3D.
Thanks for the reply. I can guarantee my drivers are up to date and the PDF is compatible with the program as this issue is 2025 specific. Reinstalling C3D did not help nor changing the file type. I'm not sure where the settings you're referring to are located or how to access them, so if you could elaborate on that I can try that as well.
I've found the Raster Image setting which does change it back to color, but disrupts the layout of the original PDF
