XCLIP command by polygon does not Clip Wipeout Objects

Civil 3d 2020 and 2022 will not clip XREF's the wipeouts in them using the polygon feature. It clips everything else but the wipeout. A rectangular clip works, but anything with the polygon option or a polyline (that's a polygon) does not work. It's not a huge issue for me, but just want to make this one known! Sorry I don't have a dwg readily available to post with this.

Autodesk does not monitor the forums for feedback. It appears that this site is just for other users to support other users. In my experience Autodesk employees on the forums are useless.
