Workspace import

A coworker has a workspace in 2020 CAD with the older tools all set up.  How do I import that workspace into my computer to use?  Thanks

I would suggest looking at the "Unsupported settings migration" and "Use the AutoCAD CUI editor" sections of the above document when working with Civil 3D.
