I am trying to put a map by using WMS. I am using

https://maps.co.ramsey.mn.us/arcgis/services/OrthoPhotos/Aerial2017/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetC...

for Ramsey county and some reason the layer and map doesn't show up on my task pane.

can anyone help me?

@hyunmyeongg ,

Your link https://maps.co.ramsey.mn.us/arcgis/services/OrthoPhotos/Aerial2017/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetC... worked for me. When prompted for Username & Password just hit Login & it'll load. Check the Ortho 2017 box, Add to Map & you're off!

Hope it works for you. Best of luck!

Try using this:

https://maps.co.ramsey.mn.us/arcgis/services/OrthoPhotos/Aerial2017/MapServer/WmsServer?

And your coordinate system in modelspace should be MN83-SF (Minnesota State Plane, NAD83, South Zone, Feet).

Have you applied the Geolocation Hotfix?

Please explain how are you making the WMS connection?

If possible, take some screen shots of your monitor when you make your WMS connection. If your connection doesn't look like the image below, then you'll need to revise your setup.

Also, make sure you paste the link below in WMS Connection (not WFS Connection).

Hyunmyeong,
Couple of things to check. Try setting "Version" to 1.3.0.
And I remember there was a Map 3D 2018 update that had something to do with WMS. Are you current on updates?
