Width factor of annotation text on linetype

the Text Style ‘ABC’ set the width factor 0.8 and this Style was used to create the linetype, which contained text ‘ZZ’

A,20,-0.80,["ZZ",ABC,S=1.5,R=0,X=0,Y=-0.75],-3.80,20

However, the texts “ZZ” along line could not be shown as ‘width factor 0.8’ (texts look like the appearance of width factor 1). Is it in normal circumstance or some settings I have missed?

As far as I am aware the linetype only uses the font assigned to a text style and none of the other properties. Thus, you cannot assign a width factor through the text style.

I looked at the webpage below and it looks like you can only control the overall scale of the text with "S" and not different scales for the x and y directions. I think you will need a different font that is already a bit squashed (like Arial Narrow).
