why does rotating the view with UCSFOLLOW lock up C3D everytime?

When I try rotating the view by turning UCSFOLLOW on, then typing UCS,enter,3Point,enter selecting a point for 0,0 then selecting a point on the positive X and the positive Y my computer will just sit there with the circle of death going and will not allow my cursor to show on the monitor I was running C3D 2022 on except for the task bar at the bottom of the screen. It just spins and spins the circle of death no matter how long I give it until I have to hit ctrl alt delete to bring up the task bar and end task.

Is there a reason you're using UCSFOLLOW, instead of using PLAN when needed?

When you select the 3 points, are you snapping to objects with elevations?
