Where are logs for Fatal Error in Civil 3D

I would like to know where the log files are for Civil 3D. 

In windows 10, where are the log files that would report fatal errors in Civil 3D 2018?

We have a user that is getting Fatal Errors a couple of time a day but I can't find anything in Windows Logs or in the following paths

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\.AdskAppManager\Log

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\SDS\Log

These are the 2 paths I have been able to identify as log files for AutoDesk products. Is there somewhere else with more relevant logs?

Hi James, 

I do not think Civil 3D creates log files. When Civil 3D will crash with fatal error it will ask you to submit the report to Autodesk with your email.

Once the report is submitted it will create a report ID. By using that email or Report ID we can check the report (log file). Let me know if you need more help.
