Volumes Dashboard Default Printer (MIME then error)

I have run into a problem where a coworker selected and option given to him in the report generator for the volumes dashboard as print to Bluebeam PDF and now every time he prints a window that says "MIME" with a progress bar for "converting" appears then there is an error message, but no report.

I have never encountered it before and I can't get Civil 3d to let me select a printer other than xml on my workstation. Does this need a reinstall to fix? I have been searching the web forever now with no luck.

This does not explain how to change the output from xml to pdf or a physical printer.

I already know how to use the dashboard but I can't change the default output. My computer works fine but a coworkers computer goes MIME:ERROR then crashes. I am sure if we forget how to take volumes this will be very useful!

There is a button in the image that is shaped like a "?" that can also navigate to this page and more data so anything there I already understand
