Viewport reference system grid outside the viewport

Hi all, 

I faced a problem  while using the reference system to show the grid on the viewport. The problem is that the grid lines go outside the viewport as shown below using civil 2022. I tried to repeat the process with different files using civil 3d 2019, I got the same result.  Can anyone help me solve this issue?

If, from Paperspace, you type REGENALL. Do the extended lines go away? No? Turn off Hardware Acceleration.

The file contains sensitive data that I have no permission to share it. Additionally, REGENALL has no effect, and the turn off Hardware Acceleration is not active as shown below

Hi @Mohamed.E.Salem 

Try setting the viewport type to Undefined from the AutoCAD properties palette 

also the viewport object should be a rectangular viewport (not a viewport created from a Polyline)
