View Frame offset overlap

Can anyone assist with this issue Need help with view frames 

Viewframe ends starts sooner and ends sooner, supposed to be 64+000-65+000

Viewport length in template is 1075m scale 1:1000

Try setting the Snap to Nearest to a number divisible by your station start/end. something like 100.

hello @tcorey , thanks I tried that and it still doesn't work 

I have played around with all of snap values, no avail.

I have also tried shifting the viewframe, stations are still off

I set the snap to 100 and the end station is 36+929.25
