USE DYNAMO TO CONNECT TO CIVIL 3D LABEL

I am new to using Dynamo and I want to exploit its capabilities. I installed the CIVIL3DTOOLKIT, but it seems that there isn't a NOTE  LABEL node. Maybe I just do not understand what the node can be? Can someone give an explanation of what the CIVIL3D object node is and what it can do?

Take a look at the Camber package made by @mzjensen , it's a great new addition to Civil 3D Dynamo packages with many Label management functionality, including working with the note label. There is a Dynamo Forum thread for reaching out to the author as well: Camber Feedback Thread - Civil3D - Dynamo (dynamobim.com)
