Unknown command for all Civil 3D commands

I just installed Civil 3d 2016 in drive c of my laptop. It work fine but when I change the workspace to Civil 3D. it give this error for all commands:   

 

_theCommand  Unknown command   "theCommand  "    . Press F1 for help. 

Command:
**** System Variable Changed ****
1 of the monitored system variables has changed from the preferred value. Use SYSVARMONITOR command to view changes.
Automatic save to C:\Users\user\appdata\local\temp\Drawing1_1_1_6093.sv$ ...
Command:
**** No System Variable Changed ****

 

I run the mentioned command (SYSVARMONITOR ) and attached file pop up. but i do not know what changes i should do. 

please help. thanks in advance

Hi,

Your image says that you have AutoCAD not Civil 3D.

Anyway try to do a reset to defaults or Reinstallation.

Also try to run the software in administrator mode.

@Anonymous,
In addition to the excellent advice from Jeewana @Jeew-m, are you opening the program with the Icon that says "Civil 3D as AutoCAD"?
In the Start Menu, choose either "Civil 3D Imperial" or "Civil 3D Metric".

Note: I tried to put in a screen shot here, but Forum is not allowing me to do that. I'll try attaching instead.
