Unable to demand load?

Several of us are receiving the attached error message and are able to only open some files as read-only, even though no one has that file open. Other users have files open that reference the file however.

A bit of Googleing would suggest that there is an issue with xrefs in the drawing.

You might need to adjust the XLOADCTL and INDEXCTL.

Try setting XLOADCTL to 0
