Solved: UCS Issues and setting state plane coordinates, Help

I have just downloaded Civil3D 2023 on my personal computer, coming from civil3d 2019 on work computer. When i try and set the UCS to NH state plane coordinates, there are none available or downloaded. Is there a way to get these coordinate systems on my version of civil 3d?

Try to set a category first, the available coordinate systems will be there.
