Turn off cogo points

Hello to everyone, Im tried to make new point (basic autocad point) but it constantly draw me a COGO point, how can i change the oprtions to draw only normal autocad points (turn off the cogo point) ??

Just use the POINT command to create an autocad point and use PTYPE to set it's appearance and size.
