Trouble forming corridor surfaces

Trouble forming corridor surfaces

 Hello everyone,

I've just started using Civil 3D for a university project, and I have gone through most of the tutorials for basic alignments, surfaces and assemblies.

My group has compiled a 'rough' survey of the current pavement and were hoping to use this as a guide to make the current road areas to then recreate the surface more 'accurately' so we can then start alterations.

However, I have made the vertical and horizontal alignments, with an assembly but it will not form a 3D shape, it only shows 'cross sections' every 200mm for example.

Would anyone have an advice on how to correct this?

Any help will be appreciated.

Pick the corridor in the drawing, then go to the ribbon and find Corridor Surface. This is where you create a surface from a corridor.
