Transition in Alignment is causing contour problem

I am having a problem with the super elevation tool on civils 3d which i believe is causing an issue with my surface contours.

I have attached two screen shots which should show the problem i am having as well as the data i have inputted into the super elevation tool.

I think what is happening is the super elevation is hitting the next transition and the software is unsure what to do so it tries to roll the carriageway back over until it hits the next frequency point.

If i adjust the frequency right up to the transition it still does the same thing but for a much shorter distance.

Any ideas?
