NEED TO OPEN A PDF DOCUMENT IN AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D

what are the steps?, is there any web do that for free?

HELP PLS, I WOULD APRECIATTE IT

Use PDFIMPORT to convert to CAD elements.  If this answers your question, please mark it solved!

If you just want the PDF in the CAD file as a background (image) you can attach it through the xref manager.  

 

PDFATTACH

 

Not an import - no entities - just an image.  The prevoius post (PDFIMPORT) will get you entites (depending on the PDF creation).  PDFIMPORT is new to 2017 and 2018 and a great command.
