Toolspace Display Table (Cogo Points) - Civil 3D 2016

In the Display Table under/in Toolspace (not panorama) I am unable to scroll or select multiple features.  Specifically in Cogo point.  If I do select one or more it doesn't allow me to scroll and pick addition cogo points.  I either have manually use the scroll bar or open panorama.  Any suggestions on how to fix this settings?  Other computers with same version of Civil 3D in office do not have this problem I was looking for a solution.

So in screenshot below on the left, is how I am use to using the display table is tool space.  Notice how I am able to select mutuality points as they are highlighted in 'dark blue'.  I am also able to scroll and look or select for more points.

In screenshot below on the right, is how the display table is tool space is in 2016 Civil 3D.  Initially I am able to select a point, it highlights in 'dark blue' but soon after that its as if it deselects and becomes 'gray'.  This disables the ability to scroll and look or select for more points. toolspace display table.jpg

A,

Does the same thing happen in the Edit Points Panorama?

No, it works fine and correctly in Edit Point Panorama.  In fact every time I need to look through the points I must open Edit Points in Panorama.  I just prefer editing it in Toolspace Display Table but because of this issue I am only limited to Panorama

A,

Dunno. I just checked my 2016 and my selections turn grey when I move the cursor off of the toolspace, but return to blue and allow me to select more when I go back.

The only things I can think of to check are PICKADD and settings on the Selection Tab of Options.
