I like to have the Layers and Layers II toolbars visible but there is no AutoCAD listed in the View > Toolbars Dropdown - any ideas how I can get it back??

I think you need to edit your CUI. Click on your workspace, then on the right pane click Customize Workspace. Scroll down on the left pane to the Partial Customization Files>ACAD>Toolbars>. From there you can select the two toolbars you want. Save your workspace and drink a beer.

The was certainly something missing in the partial CUI's so I crerated a new one with the two toolbars and loaded it and it's all working again 🙂
