toggle label visibility in model

Create grade labels on my plan and if I choose to view the surface in the object viewer labels do not show. However, if I split my view with top on left and isometric on right, I don't want the labels appearing on the iso view side. Is there a setting for this? Layer freeze shuts them off in both views and I don't want that. Just don't want them in the way in my ISO views

Command: DisplayConfig ->> DRawing defults ->> Model ->> scroll down to the Surface slope label (or any other not wanted) and uncheck it.
