Title Block will not fit plot area

I received this drawing which is set to 1:100 scale, but when I go to print it does not fill the plot area. I tried zoom extents and then I tried using the plot scale in the plot properties, but it just makes it smaller. I know that I am missing something, but can't figure what it is.

I would suggest using the window option in the print dialogue box and select the border around the titleblock. Then make sure it is scaled, as you have done in the past. I would suggest checking the margins and paper size of the print also. If it still happens then we can at least eliminate these options as potential issues.

@garyZ8EE3 - Actually, there is no reason to ever use "Window" or any other selection when printing from a Layout. It should always be set to Layout. Not sure why the other choices are even present.

Run the PAGESETUP command. Make sure the paper size matches size of the title block. If you have margins included in your paper size, take this into account.

Drawing is attached. As you can see, the Title block is off center and doesn't cover enough of the plot area. I thought about manually modifying the Title block to fit without affecting the scale of the layout.

You paper size is 36x24 (not including the margins) - so more like ~35.6 X ~23.6.

Your drawing border outline is 31.8 x 19.8.

Not sure what the problem is. Seems like you just need a larger drawing border if you want the border closer to the edges of the paper.
